For 12+ years I've built design from the ground up: at startups, venture builders, and inside Brazil's biggest banks. I was the founding designer at Caju, a design leader inside Itaú's venture builder, and led a full brand overhaul at Petz. Today I'm on the founding team at Magie, Brazil's first AI-powered conversational banking, leading design across the whole product surface: LLM's, payments, Open Finance, and the go-to-market and prototypes that put it in front of enterprise clients.

The thread isn't a title. It's that I build the thing, not a deck about the thing. I've shipped an iOS app and AI agents on my own, paired with engineers in the code and worked across brand, product, and strategy because the seams between them are where most products break.

Which is also why I care about craft the way I do. AI leveled execution - anyone can ship a prototype in ten minutes — so what's left is judgment: knowing what's worth building, and the care to make it right. I don't treat taste as a private gift.
